FarmVille Japanese Barn Building Errors

A lot of players have reported losing supplies when constructing their Japanese Barn building. After accepting Japanese building supplies that are sent as free gifts from your FarmVille neighbors, the supplies can be found in your Gift Box. However, after choosing to use the supplies for your Japanese Barn, a further investigation shows that the supplies have not counted!

Zynga’s FarmVille Community Manager, Grimwell, released the following statement:


“Evening Farmers!


There have been many reports of issues with constructible buildings, such as the new Japanese Barn, where people use materials in their gift box, see the building update and advance, but then find that the update is gone and the materials are no longer in their gift box upon returning to the game.


The team is looking into the issue and will release a fix to prevent this from happening once they have it. We will post an update when that release happens so you know that things should be back to normal.


We do know that the missing materials bug seems to trigger when you place more than five new materials in a building. Until the fix is in you may want to avoid placing six or more new materials from your gift box into a building in a session.” (Source: Official FarmVille Forum)
