Step One
Once on the scam page click the report button located in the image below. This is located on the LEFT hand side about mid page.
Step Two
Select Spam Or the Reason you are reporing. When reporting a App it helps to have screenshots as well.
Notes
Every person that reports the page just raises the chances that the page or application will be removed. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
