So for those of you who haven’t been following along on Facebook, Zynga offered a special 2 hour sale early today from 12:00 PM PDT – 2:00 PM PDT. Initially many users purchased Farm Cash decorations and Farm Cash from the “Coins & Cash” buy page due to the confusing wording. Zynga then revised the statement to say that you needed to wait for an in game popup to claim your 20% off offer.
After this the event was soon shut down due to many users being unable to purchase or not receiving the purchased Farm Cash. The event is now live once again from 3:00 PM PDT – 5:00 PM PDT. We HIGHLY suggest using caution or skipping this offer altogether as we are still receiving many reports of people not receiving the Farm Cash after purchasing or session timeouts.
If you still choose to or have already purchased but not received your Farm Cash we suggest trying to contact Zynga Customer Support if you still have issues.
Did this half hour ago when the box popped up,paid with paypal& no fv cash as of yet.

ReplyDeleteI earlier, benefits from cash warn FV Zygna l purchase! Due to server problems, I still have not the money back or get FV Cash! According Zygna should the money be paid back with PayPal. But this is not the case for weeks!
ReplyDeleteIch warne davor,vergünstiges FV Cash von Zygna zu erwerben ! Auf Grund von Serverproblemen habe ich immer noch nicht das Geld zurück oder FV Cash erhalten! Laut Zygna sollte das Geld bei Paypal zurück überwiesen sein. Dies ist aber bislang nicht der Fall !

ReplyDeleteMade purchase, said there was a problem with Farmville communicating with PayPal. Told me to reload the game and try again. Did that, now no pop-up, no discount. Live Chat was no help.

ReplyDeleteI made my puchase before the offer was there and than afte a few hours the offer came and I was a bit upset because just 2 hours before I made my puchase and I felt they should of told me about the coming offer I would of waited so I than called zynga and talked to the billing dept. and than also had to talk to a manager and they gave me 20 fv cash so I was happy
