Susan R.: Hi Lois, how are you today?
Lois Hayman: Hi Susan, I've just tending to my horse stable with the white stallion, became 100% reading and did not produce a foal and a lot of my friends on Facebook has said that Zynga has turn off the horse yielding foals in the horse stable and also saying you do not have plans to turn it back on... Is this true? 
Susan R.: Lois, I do not believe that is true. We have not been advise that has happened.
Susan R.: That is one of the many fun features within FarmVille.
Lois Hayman: Zynga has turned of the yielding of coins and we as breeders this was ok with that but now we can't even try to yield a foal from the horse stable. Can you tell me if this is permanent or is this a glitch because of the black stallion coming out tonight? 
Susan R.: Lois, I received coins this morning when I Harvested my Stable. Have you cleared your cache since you have been having these problems?
Lois Hayman: yes i did and the adobe flash player and as well as my computer, but my stable is acting as if there is no stallion in it. And I only received 256 then I did it again and went to 306. This is why I started to ask question w/ my other breeders as to why this is happening and all of them is saying the same thing, Zynga turn it off in slowing the foal production down. 
Susan R.: Just a moment.
Susan R.: Lois, the way FarmVille was designed to be played is that the Horse Stable is only to be Harvested every 24 hours. Since players have started force breeding we have seen may problems with Coins and with getting Foals.
Susan R.: My suggestion is to wait 24 hours and then clear your cache before you Harvest your Stable. I believe this will resolve your issue.
Lois Hayman: Ok I understand that completely, so in your response this means that Zynga has halted the force breeding of the horse stable? 
Susan R.: It was never intended to be played this way.
Susan R.: This is why so many players have had issues.
Lois Hayman: I have enjoyed many, many hours w/ Farmville and enjoyed that fact of force breeding. I understand where Zynga is going with all of this and I have to say this is very disappointing to and I know as well as a lot of my friends. I'm not taking this out on you Susan, But You may pass this up.. 
Susan R.: I understand your frustration, Lois. I shall pass your concerns on as well. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Lois Hayman: I have spent well over $300 playing Farmville and now that this as became more problems for your developers and now they are halting the force breding, after they have allowed us for so long, I will no longer be playing with Zynga. You have lost a good customer. 
Susan R.: Lois, let me offer my sincerest apologies that FarmVille has been frustrating for you. As a support specialist for FarmVille, and as a player of the game myself, I can tell you that I am always unhappy to hear that this, my favorite Zynga game, has become troublesome to any of the players.
Susan R.: I understand your frustration and I'm really sorry that you are not currently enjoying the game. We're constantly working to make the game more enjoyable and we really appreciate your feedback.
Susan R.: Please accept my apologies for the problems you've experienced with FarmVille, Lois. I hate to think of anyone not playing FarmVille due to these awful mistakes. I want to assure you that you can rely on myself and others in the tech support team in the future to solve your problems. As we do more to improve the games in the coming weeks, I hope that we can recapture your interest in FarmVille, and make it as enjoyable for you as it once was.
Susan R.: Have I answered all your FarmVille questions today?
Lois Hayman: I have built my farm and have spent money with Zynga is reason of a force breeder and I do not play any other games, because I made Farmville my hobby... Sorry to say say Susan, I'm done...

Susan R.: I hope you will reconsider at a later date. We will miss such a dedicated Farmer.
