Black Stallion Replaced

There was much controversy over the now infamous Black Stallion that was released onto the market for just about 1 minute for 40,000 coins. Now users are reporting that their Black Stallions are being replaced with Black Horses, and their 40,000 coins are being returned. The thing with the black stallion is, according to all reports, it never functioned as a stallion in the first place, it always functioned as a mare. What do you guys think?
